What IS going on at the Gospel Hall?

The Holiday Bible Club during October half-term was a terrific success with 60 children during the week-long activities including Bible stories, quizzes, singing and memory verses through to crafts and prizes. More than 70 hungry people came for the fish 'n' chip supper, and we had to literally "sing for our supper" while we waited for it to fry writes Rachel Simms.

The HBC was such a success that Tuesday Club has started from 6.15 - 7.15pm each Tuesday. All children are welcome and it's completely free.

SPRING REALLY IS AROUND THE CORNER!

It may be mid-winter now, but spring is not far away, and that means the annual Village Clean-Up! Saturday 24 March is the day to be out in the village wearing gloves and wellington boots to collect rubbish and tidy up the village. The next Newsletter will contain further information.
