October Crime Update by PCSO Jackie Daniels

There have been a number of burglaries in recent months where vehicle keys and, subsequently, cars have been stolen. The majority have been overnight, so please make sure windows and doors are locked. These incidents are being investigated, but here is a quick tip: take your keys and handbags, etc to bed with you at night. Just a small preventative measure like this could make all the difference.

Pub and supermarket car parks are still being targeted with thefts from motor vehicles, so pleased do not leave valuables in the boot or on show.
