On 27th January, a meeting was held with the various parties and the English Heritage. It was agreed to defer the underpinning whilst more investigations are carried out later this year. In the meantime, we are busy collating all the papers required to show that we have carried out the 2003/2004 (phase 1) development work satisfactorily. Our application for the phase 2 grant accompanies this and we hope this will be offered to us by mid-April.
