DO YOU NEED TO DRIVE DOWN TAPE LANE?

Tape Lane, the narrow road between School Road and the A321, has been an Access Only road for several years, but many drivers still use it as a short cut. This is illegal, writes Janet Spiller.

Parents who accompany their children walking and cycling along Tape Lane are worried that it has become increasingly dangerous. Tape Lane should be one of the safest routes to and from St. Nicholas Primary School for children, but old habits die hard.

Please help to keep our children safe by not driving down Tape Lane. Thank you.
