1ST HURST BROWNIE PACK

Easter 2008 will see the tenth anniversary of my running Hurst Brownies. However, sadly, the time has come for me to resign as Brownie Guider from the end of the Spring Term 2008.

I am therefore actively looking for a successor to take the Pack forward, now that the new Programme is established. N.B. Unless a replacement is found, there is a very real risk of there being no Brownie Pack in Hurst!

The job would suit anyone who enjoys working with girls aged 7-10, and can give an hour or so planning each week in addition to the meeting time. Currently we meet on Thursdays during term time 5.30 - 7.00pm. This could be altered, within the available slots at the Scout hut, to suit you (with parental agreement of course!).

The sooner my successor starts, the easier it will be for her to get her training done whilst I'm still around (unless, of course, she is already a trained Brownie Guider). Needless to say, I would be more than happy to support you after the change-over.

Please get in touch with me if you are interested in learning more.
